James Haiser Jr., CSP is a Lead Personal Safety Expertise Manager for Dow/Dow Corning where he has worked for 26 years. During his career, he has worked closely with EH&S and Production Teams at manufacturing sites globally, focusing on continuous improvement in Health and Safety. Key areas of focus have been Standards Development/Implementation, Auditing and Risk Analysis. Haiser received a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration from Saginaw Valley State University following his undergraduate's degree. He is a Certified Safety Professional, State Licensed EMT and a Technical Committee Member on NFPA 51B Hot Work, and 350 Confined Space Entry.
