Sharlie Staab currently works for Texas Instruments Inc. at the company’s largest 300mm Analogy technology semiconductor factory in Richardson, Texas. As the site’s ESH Specialist, Sharlie is accountable for continually strengthening the safety culture. Sharlie’s philosophy of continual improvement is built upon a foundation of ensuring consistent compliance, arming the workforce with ESH knowledge and empowerment, fostering an environment of employee ownership and accountability for the site's safety and health performance, and creating innovative, useful, and sustainable ESH tools for her site and TI as a whole. Prior to joining Texas Instruments, Sharlie held roles as an contract Ergonomist for Texas Instruments and prior to that was a Safety Consultant under the Kansas Department of Labor’s 21(d) OSHA Consultation Program.
