Cece Weldon is the President of IBEX Strategy Group which offers coaching and planning services that supports leaders and organizations in reaching new heights. Prior to IBEX, Ms. Weldon was the Vice President of Corporate Safety, Health & Environment - Management Solutions at AECOM. During the 19 years at AECOM, Ms. Weldon held positions in operations including project management, and managed the corporation’s safety policies and procedures, injury management program and workers’ compensation and automobile liability claims. Ms. Weldon is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach and Certified Structured Professional Facilitator (CSPF) as well as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Ms. Weldon serves as a Trustee for the American Society of Safety Professionals Foundation and is a mentor for veterans through American Corporate Partners. When not working and giving back, she enjoys experiencing the great outdoors
