Todd Edwards




Todd is a 35 year fire service professional, serving the past 30 years with the City of Atlanta (GA) Fire Department. Todd started his fire service career in Ohio as a 16 year old cadet, and currently serves as a captain in Atlanta. Besides his station duties, Todd serves as the lead instructor for the department’s acting officer program where he is certified to instruct the leadership series, incident safety officer, Instructor 1 and 2, Fire Officer 1, and various strategy and tactics programs. Todd also works for Walton County (GA) Fire-Rescue as their lead instructor for officer development programs, live fire and flow path training programs. Todd has presented at numerous conferences and training academies in Georgia and Florida and operates an independent training company.
