Wayne Lee is the Business Development Representative and Technical Advisor with Middle Tennessee Lumber. He has served on the NWFA Sand & Finish Guidelines Task Force and Technical Education committee. Wayne is an NWFACP Certified Installer, and Sand & Finisher, and has earned the NWFA Craftsman, Master Craftsman, Vanguard, Advanced Master Craftsman, and Ambassador degrees. He has been instrumental in bringing wood flooring training to high schools in his community.
