Christy Gunier is the International Benefits Director for Cummins, Inc. She has an extensive background in international benefit policy and health and wellbeing strategy and program development. During the past 17 years, she has supported small, start-up organizations, and managed complex benefit programs and merger and acquisition projects for leading technology organizations such as Microsoft and Nokia. Her current focus is developing and implementing employee competency programs aligned with a lifestyle approach to health care. She has a passion for helping people, and strives to deliver positive business results while improving the health status of employees, families and communities through innovative health and wellness program designs. Christy earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Walter E. Heller College of Business, Roosevelt. Beyond her professional career, Christy is a volunteer chaplain at Columbus Regional Hospital and actively seeks opportunities to serve others in her community. She and her husband, Michael live in Columbus with their youngest daughter Magdalene.
