Mike Touchstone is Deputy Chief of EMS Operations at the Philadelphia Fire Dept. and Immediate Past President of NEMSMA. Mike has been in EMS since 1980 and has been a certified paramedic since 1983. Chief Touchstone holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the George Washington University. He is an author, educator, and speaker who presents regularly around the country and abroad.
