Will received his BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University in 2009, and was hired full time at CN as a Bridge Design Engineer based in Homewood, IL. He then completed a temporary assignment as the Structural Maintenance Engineer in Jackson, MS for 4 months starting in 2012 to help transition from an office design setting to a predominantly field position. From May 2012 to April 2015, Will held the Bridge Supervisor position stationed out of Joliet, IL and covered territory from Detroit, MI to Chicago, IL to Paducah, KY. He obtained a Master of Engineering Management degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2015 and has held the position of Manager of Bridge Construction since April 2015. Will manages roughly $20-25 Million of railroad bridge construction projects a year across CN’s United States operations.
