Pat Mullen is the manager of the award-winning Golden State Financial Marketplace (GS $Mart) Program, administered through DGS, PD, where he has served for the last 23 years. He brings an extensive government financing background from the private sector to the GS $Mart Program. Pat formerly served as a Regional Marketing Manager for MLC Group with jurisdiction over 10 western states, and PacifiCorp Capital, Inc. before joining the state to complete over 1,000 financing contracts with state and local governments. He continues to provide innovative financing solutions for municipalities.
