Kelli Berliner is a Health Program Manager II at DGS, PD.?? Ms. Berliner has over 24 years of state government experience in procurement and public health.? Currently, she provides management and oversight for the DGS Statewide Pharmaceutical Program’s contracting unit and the California Pharmaceutical Collaborative.? Prior to DGS, she worked at the California Department of Public Health as the Chief of Local Programs and Priority Populations in the Tobacco Control Program and as a Strategic Planning Coordinator for the Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity Prevention Program.? Her passion is working with local and state governmental agencies on health issues that impact California.
