Rob Williams is the VP of Product Management at AudienceView, responsible for building a suite of products that enable success in today’s ticketing landscape. He has 25 years of experience in IT and 15 in ticketing. Prior to joining AudienceView, Rob served as the Director of Technology and Innovation for Ticket Factory, heading up a 60+ person team covering development, IT support, customer analytics and the contact centre. At Ticket Factory, Rob managed a shift in business model, from a traditional ticket agent and online ticket office, to an agile, flexible, fast moving and service oriented e-commerce agency.
