Kay Burnham has worked in the live entertainment industry for more than 30 years, holding degrees in drama, marketing, and business administration. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Guest Services at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, overseeing the ticketing and ushering staff. She is also a former Chair of the INTIX Board of Directors. Kay often speaks at conferences on topics such as strategic human resources, website customer experience, and mindfulness in leadership.
