Patrick Halsted has been with the Union Pacific Railroad for 23 years. In those years he has held positions in signal construction, environmental management, facility project design, public projects and civil construction. He is currently the General Director Construction with a territory responsibility for the entire UP system. Patrick holds an undergraduate degree from Northwest Missouri State University and a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska- Omaha.
