Cari Burhenne, ARM, CPCU, is a Regional Claims Service Manager for PMA Companies, including Third-Party Administrator (TPA), PMA Management Corp. PMA Companies, a provider of risk management solutions and services, is part of the Old Republic General Insurance Group. Ms. Burhenne is responsible for creating and implementing value added account management programs for clients, including dozens of large clients. Her focus is on delivering results: reducing costs and achieving favorable outcomes for clients. She has a proven track record of successfully partnering and building professional relationships with clients, taking a consultative approach. She has 25 years’ workers’ compensation experience, including in-depth expertise in claims management and service delivery for large, complex employers. Her clients include a 2015 Teddy Award winner. A graduate of The College of New Jersey, Ms. Burhenne has Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.
