Scott Daniels is the Senior Director of Disability benefits for Comcast where he oversees the disability and absence management strategies across the enterprise. Prior to joining Comcast in February of 2015, Scott was a practicing attorney for nine years in the New York metropolitan area focusing predominantly on a wide range of disability claims and New York workers’ compensation benefits. In addition to practicing law, Scott taught several lectures on the topic of disability benefits to attorneys across the country. Scott has an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center in New York.
