As an Attorney and former Physician Assistant, Erin brings over 20 years of a unique combination of medical and legal experience to the Medicare Set-Aside arena on behalf of MEDVAL’s clients. Prior to becoming an attorney, Erin was a Physician Assistant-Clinical Coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Orthopedic Surgery. Erin is admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, American Academy of Physician Assistants and Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants. She has served as an adjunct instructor for the Duquesne University Physician Assistant Program. She received the CALI award for excellence in legal research and writing and was selected by the law school faculty to receive the J. Alfred Wilner Award for scholastic excellence and professional responsibility. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science, Master of Physician Assistant and Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University.
