During Kathy’s 30 year career, she has worked for six companies; four of which were Fortune 500 publicly traded organizations. These companies spanned four industries—insurance, retail, logistics and manufacturing. Kathy has managed the merging of the Risk Management programs in several large acquisitions, including building the optimal program from two free-standing independent programs. This has given her considerable experience to successfully manage teams through change. Kathy is a native of Michigan and has lived in 8 different states pursuing her career. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree, with an emphasis in Criminal Justice, an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and is a licensed adjuster. Kathy is a member of National and Florida RIMS. Kathy is also an active member of the board of directors for the Listen Learn Care Foundation.
