Daniel Roberts is an Electrical Safety Consultant at Schneider Electric Canada. His wide range of experience includes - 15 years in the field working on industrial and commercial power distribution systems - Over 15 years as an occupational health and safety practitioner and consultant - 20 years of Technical Committee work developing standards including the Canadian Electrical Code Part I, CSA Z462 and NFPA 70E Daniel received the 2013 CSA Award of Merit in recognition of sustained and influential contribution to Occupational Health & Safety and Electrical Safety Standards. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). He is a frequent speaker at safety conferences across North America such as the IEEE Electrical Safety Workshop; the National Safety Council Conference & Expo and CSA conferences.
