Kellyann Williams is a Supervisory Equal Employment Specialist in the Office of Civil Rights for the U.S. General Services Administration where she serves as Branch Chief over the Early Resolution Branch. In this role she manages the agency’s Alternative Dispute Program and actively participates in the Agency’s EEO outreach and prevention efforts. Ms. Williams has over 25 years of experience in the field of equal employment opportunity and has applied pilots within her program to achieve improvements in process, resolution rates and training and outreach efforts.
