Daniel (Jeffers) Chang has been in the ticketing industry for almost 20 years. Prior to joining Caesars Entertainment as the Director of National Ticketing, he spent 13 years in a variety of roles with Ticketmaster. During his time with Ticketmaster, Daniel was fortunate enough to work with some of the largest national and global tours including Madonna, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, Coldplay, Lady Gaga and many others. Daniel started his career in Kansas City at Starlight Theatre before moving to Theater League, a national producing and presenting Broadway organization. He currently resides in Las Vegas and is passionate about all live entertainment especially his favorite band, Fleetwood Mac.
