Kathy Burris serves as Manager, Workforce Initiatives for CVS Health. Kathy joined CVS Health in 2011. As a part Workforce Initiatives team she cultivates innovative partnerships and programs that attract and equip diverse talent for rewarding careers with CVS Health. Kathy has a passion towards building a healthy workforce; she has spent over 20 years in Human Resources promoting career development, employment transitions and creating career opportunities for diverse employment groups. She currently serves on several Workforce Investment Boards and Pharmacy Advisory boards. This is her personal commitment in helping people on their path to better health and personal fulfillment.
