With nearly 15 years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience in the staffing, healthcare and media industries, Gail has primarily focused on organizational process improvement and talent acquisition systems optimization. She has led several large scale projects including applicant tracking system implementations and upgrades, HRMS integrations and career site re-designs. Candidate experience has been a recent area of focus where Gail has been involved with various aspects of improving the overall end user experience. Gail joined NBCUniversal’s Talent Acquisition Operations team in 2013, based at Rockefeller Center in New York. In her current role she re-engineered several of NBCUniversal’s talent acquisition systems and processes, including implementation of multiple integrations and new platforms. Her team is also responsible for reporting and analytics. Gail has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources. Her downtime is spent knitting and traveling with her husband.
