Shannon Reynolds got her start in ticketing as a part-time employee for the Indiana University Auditorium Box Office while pursuing a B.A. in Political Science. Upon graduation, she moved to Washington D.C. and continued her career at Ford’s Theatre, Arena Stage and Signature Theatre. Currently, she is Regional Sales Operations Manager for the West Coast, as part of Broadway Across America’s Seattle-based office. She oversees ticketing operations in Seattle, Portland and Costa Mesa; including coordinating with each venues ticket office, group sales teams and Broadway tour company managers to ensure a smooth sales process from the season announcement until the tour loads out of each venue.
