Marienne is responsible for enterprise learning and leadership development at Cox Enterprises, a 55,000 employee company based in Atlanta, GA. She works in close collaboration with Sr. Leadership and Talent Management Business Partners to address business priorities and strengthen the leadership pipeline at all levels. Marienne is also Chair for the Cox Learning & Development Advisory Council, which governs enterprise learning strategy and oversees the execution of the learning and development roadmap across the four Cox business units. Her role at Cox leverages her passion for developing people, relentless focus on bringing value to the business, and collaborative spirit to shape the future of learning at Cox. Marienne has over 20 years of international business experience at BellSouth, Blockbuster Brazil, Unibanco, and MasterCard Brazil, in addition to the 14 years prior to Cox in Leadership Development and Talent Management leadership roles at AT&T.
