Maxanne (Maxie) Witkin is a retired Senior Executive with over 35 years of Federal service. She was formerly the VA’s Senior Executive responsible for civil rights adjudication. Maxie also served as a Chief Administrative Judge with the Merit Systems Protection Board and as the first General Counsel of the DOD school system.
