Robin S. Wink is a practicing attorney from the Washington DC area, having retired from the Federal government after serving in the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. She also served as an Air Traffic Control Officer and Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Air Force. She has over 25 years’ experience in management and legal representation, bringing her expertise to public speaking and executive education programs focusing on leadership and the legal obligations of Federal Government managers and supervisors. She has been a frequent lecturer at the Brookings Institution and taught seminars at various federal agencies throughout the country. Robin is also a “Strengths Coach,” certified by Gallup to provide Strengths-based leadership and team training as well as individual Coaching. In her courses, Robin involves participants in a rich training experience with many practical tips and actionable tools to enhance engagement and accountability in organizations.
