Merri L. Hanson is the Director of Peninsula Mediation & ADR in Williamsburg, Virginia and provides conflict resolution services for employment, workplace, EEO, ADA, whistleblower, business, and commercial disputes for governmental and private sector organizations. Peninsula Mediation & ADR manages ADR training and service delivery for the Department of Navy, the U. S. Department of Agriculture, NASA, and Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. In addition, Peninsula Mediation & ADR has provided a broad range of ADR services for Department of Homeland Security, Department of Veterans Affairs, and the National Gallery of Art. Merri serves on the mediation and ADR training roster the U. S. Air Force, the Department of Justice ADA Mediation Program, and el Centro Interdisciplinario para el Manejo de Conflictos, A.C. in Mexico City. Merri provides a variety of conflict resolution webinar series for Department of Defense Education Activity leaders worldwide. Finally, Merri conducts organizational conflict and communication assessments such as conflict audits, communication audits, focus groups, dialog processes, group facilitation, team building, communication skills training, and conflict coaching for senior leaders, managers, and key personnel.
