Kelly Goode is the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer at DEA. In that role she leads DEA’s efforts to create and sustain a workplace that values and upholds the principles of equality, fairness, and diversity. Ms. Goode served as the EEO Officer for the National Gallery of Art (NGA) from 2005 until joining DEA in 2016. At NGA she managed the EEO program and oversaw activities to create access to the collection and buildings for persons with disabilities. Ms. Goode worked as an attorney-advisor for the EEO office at the Federal Bureau of Investigation from 2003 to 2005. She served in a variety of capacities at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she worked on both private and federal sector programs. Ms. Goode received her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School, and her Bachelors of Arts with highest honors in political science from the University of Montana.
