Silvia de la Cruz has served as an Administrative Judge with the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board since 2012 in the Atlanta Regional Office. From 1998 to 2012, Judge de la Cruz was an Attorney Advisor with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. While with HUD, she worked in the department’s Enforcement Center in Washington, D.C., and in field offices in Miami, Albuquerque, and Atlanta.
