Matthew Albucher is a Program Analyst in the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Human Capital Analytics Division, where he applies the latest techniques in data analytics research to enhance the federal workforce, including its diversity profile. While at GSA, he has developed interactive dashboards to streamline data reporting and analysis. With an MS in Predictive Analytics, Mr. Albucher has also applied predictive and descriptive statistical modeling to help GSA better identify diversity factors associated with workforce outcomes. Prior to joining GSA, Mr. Albucher served as an Investigator with the Chicago District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where he investigated cases of both disparate treatment and disparate impact and applied statistics to identify and mitigate root causes of systemic barriers.
