Luci Smith, BOMA Fellow, RPA, FMA, is the Director of Property Management for Link Logistics, the largest US-only industrial owner. She oversees the Property Management functions, with three teams, in the state of Florida. Ms. Smith has been an active BOMA member since 2005. She sat on the BOMA International Executive Committee as a Director for four years and is currently the Vice Chair of BOMA International, former Chair of the BOMA360 Performance Council, Co-Chair of the Daniel J Chancey Leadership Academy and Chair of the BOMA International Workforce Development Committee.
