Cathy Frantz has been in the retail industry for 25 years as both a retailer and a supplier. She started her career as a facility manager for Donna Karan and then as a project manager for maintenance facility companies. Frantz was promoted to Vice President of Operations before starting her own company 13 years ago. She is proud to be one of a few certified women-owned businesses in the FM industry. She has been an engaged PRSM member since 2002 and has served in several Committee’s, Task Force and has moderated several sessions.
