She has demonstrated her knowledge in the field of Occupational Safety and Health and her commitment to creating safer work environments. Ms. Pancamo is an experienced national loss prevention and safety professional with a diverse industry background and a proven track record for developing innovative people-focused health, safety, and risk management programs. As an area safety manager for Elwood Staffing, she conducts risk and loss assessments for new clients, and supports and trains field personnel in key safety initiatives. She is adept at identifying risk trends and developing solutions through education and loss control programs.
