Ag Info Tech is a joint venture between Centerra Co-op, Central Ohio Farmers Co-op and Tim Norris. Tim Norris began his precision farming career in the mid 1990’s. After establishing grid soil sampling programs at two different cooperatives, he ventured out on his own creating Agronomic Information Technologies. Several years of growth led to expansion and eventually the consolidation with Town & Country, which allowed Tim and his crew to use Town & Country’s corporate staff to help with paperwork while his staff could focus on what they do best: focus on precision farming methods and tools to capture and analyze the data. Ag Info Tech was named Precision Farming Magazine’s 2015 Dealer of the Year. In 2017, Central Ohio Farmers Co-op bought into Ag Info Tech and became the third partner. Tim is a founding member of the Independent Precision Ag Alliance, Ag Leader Peer Group and the Precision Planting Dealer Advisory Committee. Tim also farms 1,000 acres in Gambier, Ohio.
