Named one of Ad Age’s “Women to Watch,” Christine Mau has been a driving force in furthering both the role and value of design thinking and leadership. As a brand strategist and global creative director, advocate, and educator, she has built a career exploring the power and impact of design thinking. She champions change management approaches, going beyond the expected boundaries of “design” to consistently deliver unexpected solutions that build brand interest and equity. In her role at Medline, she leads the teams responsible for developing strategic brand foundations, design guidelines and marketing campaigns of medical/surgical solutions to healthcare providers. Prior to this role, Christine led the global design thinking transformation for Kimberly-Clark’s brands including Kleenex, Andrex, Huggies, and launching U by Kotex.
