Stephen graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Construction Engineering, he also holds a Master in Business Administration from Bellevue University. Stephen has been with Union Pacific Railroad for 11 years and has held several positions in the Maintenance, Construction and Engineering Standards departments. His current position is Manager of Special Projects where he oversees Union Pacifics Roadbed Stabilization program, Ballast Maintenance Program and the Yard and Industry Lead Capital program. He resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife Cara and their two children.
