Dr. Maguire is the developer of a number of skin care technologies that harness the power of the innate healing systems of the skin and body, for which he holds a number of patents. He is a former professor of Neuroscience and Ophthalmology at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and has received numerous awards for his research, including the prestigious Fulbright-Fogarty Fellowship from the National Institutes of Health. He has numerous peer-reviewed publications in the areas of stem cells, neuroscience and dermatology.
