Mel (Melissa) Gee Kee has more than 16 years’ experience working across the globe as a Consultant & In-House; covering all facets of Leadership, Organizational Development, Recruitment & Human Resource Management. From July 2014 she was heading up Unilever’s expertise globally for Graduate Resourcing & Development in addition to leading the Leadership & Organization Strategy across South East Asia and Australasia ensuring Unilever have what’s required to reach their ambitious 2020 ambition. Mel recently moved back to London almost one year ago in her current capacity, whilst she continues to deploy Unilever’s innovative digital approach to Graduate Selection globally.
