In her 20-plus year career in the beauty industry, DiNunzio has brought global brand innovation to companies such as L’Oreal, Laura Mercier and Neutrogena. Prior to joining DERMAFLASH as CEO, she served as General Manager of North America and Global Chief Marketing Officer for Iluminage Beauty, delivering record sales and profitability and resulting in its successful acquisition by pH Beauty. Her responsibilities have included strategic planning, P&L management, digital advertising, brand marketing, product development, customer insights and sales leadership. DiNunzio has a proven track record in attracting top talent and developing high-performance teams and is a strong advocate of empowering women and next-generation female leaders through organizations such as Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), Chief and She Runs It. An award-winning marketer, she has been recognized by CEW, Self and Allure, among others. She has a BA in Biology and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
