Samantha Mang is the VP of Products at Function of Beauty, a digitally-native, hyper-customizable hair care company that individually formulates products based on one's unique hair type and hair goals. In her role, Mang is responsible for driving new product development and innovation, bringing with her more than ten years of experience in the beauty and consumer goods industry, with a career spanning new venture incubation, startups and large-scale general management. Prior to Function of Beauty, Mang led the New Skincare Brands portfolio at Unilever, launching three brands during her tenure, along with four others in development, including Unilever's first home-grown, direct-to-consumer personalized skincare brand Skinsei.
