In her role, she oversees all strategic and creative content, leads brand-centric consumer & market insights, and drives the future product innovation agenda and development pipeline. Prior to eos, Carley held senior brand marketing and innovation roles at L’Oreal, Bath & Body Works and Anthropologie.
