David Rosenblatt

David Rosenblatt received his DVM from Hebrew University in 1993. He worked in Unilever Israel as company veterinarian, R&D manager for petfood and SHEQA (safety, health, environment and quality assurance) manager for nine years. He joined the Standards Institution of Israel as head of the food sector and senior educator, where he worked for four years. Rosenblatt is a lead auditor for numerous international standards. In 2005 he joined Sher Consulting and Training as Director of Learning. Rosenblatt teaches companion animal nutrition and food safety at the Koret School of Veterinary Medicine. He is also a member of the American Academy of Veterinary Nutritionists, the International Association for Food Protection and a Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-recognized PCQI (preventive controls qualified individual). Rosenblatt is an FDA-certified lead instructor for the Food Safety Modernization Act.
