Ryan Kernes is Vice President of Technical Sales for GIC Technologies, based in Dallas, TX. Prior to joining GIC Technologies, Ryan worked as a Research Engineer for the University of Illinois. He a member of AREMA Committees 30 (Ties) and 5 (Track). Ryan earned a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois.
