Gina is a home health and hospice industry expert and consultant. She’s held various leadership roles in Agencies in Western Mass and then, a Partner/ owner of Fazzi Associates (a national research and consulting firm). Her areas of expertise include organizational operations, regulatory compliance, employee engagement and leadership. Currently, she provides interim management, consultation and trainings to leaders throughout the country and is a Professor of Healthcare Management at a college in her hometown.
