Frederick Royce earned his Ph.D. from the University of Florida in 2002. Serving in various roles for the university since 1994 in the Departments of Food and Economics and the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering, Royce now serves as the liaison for the University of Florida's collaborative exchange with the University of Havana, Cuba.
