Michael Broaders was named Accent Food Services’ Chief Operating Officer earlier this year. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Broaders leads delivery of expanded managed services, and streamlines operational and planning processes. Michael is based in Austin, Texas. He reports to Accent’s CEO, Josh Rosenberg, and serves as an integral part of the company’s executive leadership team. Michael’s exceptional skills and industry expertise have been pivotal in helping Accent Food Services expand its services and clients. His experience is rooted in the food and beverage industry. Following an early career at PepsiCo where he worked across its operations footprint, Mr. Broaders spent 18 years with Coca Cola. Most recently, he served as Vice President of North America Supply Planning, Transportation & Warehousing for Coca Cola Refreshments. Here, he held responsibility for geographic supply/transportation planning, production scheduling, internal/external fleet management, and product availability. “Mike is a knowledgeable and trusted leader,” says Josh Rosenberg, Accent’s CEO. “I am confident that with Mike as COO, we will be able to harness his inimitable skills to continue to build on Accent Food Services’ reputation for operational excellence and tap into new procedures and technologies that will only push us forward.” The addition of Michael Broaders is the latest business announcement in what has been an outstanding year of growth and development for Accent Food Services.
