E. Jeannie Maddox is the Manager of Colgate Supplier Diversity. She has been with Colgate for 27 years with increasing roles and responsibilities. The Supplier Diversity initiative incorporates all Colgate North America based operations. In her 17 years as an advocate for minority and women owned businesses she has expanded the program to effectively reach new areas of the company which increased focus and spending for M/WBEs. She has lead and participated with tasks force and other related organizations to ensure awareness, participation, development and communication on Supplier Diversity. Her influence and relationships internally has allowed her to win support and develop relationships with M/WBEs. She has exceeded her goals continuously with the support of the Supplier Diversity leadership team and the Supplier Diversity Advisory Council. Jeannie is the Chairperson for the Board of Directors for NY/NJ Minority Supplier Development Council; She Chaired the Nominations committee and was a member of the Certification Committee for The Council. She is also a Board member for the Supplier Diversity Group for The Institute of Supply Management (ISM) where she serves as Chair for the Affiliates Committee. Other organizations of participation are, The Women's Business Enterprise National Council Certification Committee and Corporate Alliance Partnership Program with Small Business Services for the City of New York. Jeannie is a graduate of Pace University, New York - Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Admin/Marketing, New York City Community College, Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Certificate Program – Building a High Performance Business University of Colorado, Certificate Program for Professional Design Services
