With more than 30 years of Human Resources Consulting experience, Armand brings a strategic focus to cultivate solutions to human capital management issues in all areas of the HR function, including organizational structure, workforce management, benefits, compensation, and service delivery models. Armand specializes in developing and delivering strategic outcomes by aligning organizational objectives with human resource objectives and strategies. Prior to joining Gallagher, Armand served as a consultant across multiple industry sectors and disciplines, such as Public Sector, Utilities, Healthcare, Financial Services and Technology. Most recently, he served as the Managing Principal of Bengle Consulting, where he provided organizational design and HR strategy, as well as benefit and compensation services to organizations in the healthcare, high-technology and financial services industries. His academic background includes B.S. degrees in Physics and Chemistry from the University of San Francisco, an M.B.A. degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of San Francisco, and courses in Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
