Michael Becher has been with Industry Insights since 2005 and leading over two hundred research and benchmarking studies, including projects focused on the operations and performance of retailers. Over the past 10 years, his work was cited in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and many other mass media formats. He holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics (MSPA) from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Ohio State University.
