Tyler is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s People Advisory Services Practice. Tyler helps corporations manage their global equity programs. He is the co-creator and co-leader of EY’s Mind Clarity program, a mindfulness based solution dedicated to creating new generation of leaders, teams, and organizations able to adapt and thrive in the new global digital economy. Mind Clarity is part of EY’s new Future Work Now (FWN) portfolio of solutions that re-imagines work as “an experience” to drive business performance and human potential. Tyler focuses on global payroll compliance of equity-based compensation plans for globally mobile employees. Tyler has lead the implementation of EYGOES for several of EY’s largest accounts in the US and Europe and has been involved with more than 15 implementations.
